BIMRACE was established around one idea: engineering information that is accurate enough to rely on and structured enough to be used automatically. The tooling exists because the engineering demanded it, not the other way round.
The practice
A focused engineering practice, not a volume drafting shop
BIMRACE produces building information that holds up under interrogation: models whose data is reliable, coordination whose decisions are recorded, and deliverables that reconcile with each other.
The automation followed from that. Once information is structured and reliable, a large share of routine checking stops needing a person to do it by hand — and the engineers get their attention back for the parts that actually require judgement. That is the whole thesis, and it is why the AI layer here is built by the same people who do the engineering rather than bought in and pointed at a model.
It is a young practice. This site is structured so you can tell exactly how young, and exactly which parts of it are real.
Why the badges exist. The distance between what a company can do and what its website says it can do is the most expensive thing in this sector — it wastes the client's procurement time and destroys trust at the first technical conversation. Publishing capability status costs us some early enthusiasm and saves everyone the conversation where it turns out the platform is a slide deck.

We align delivery to ISO 19650 principles, which is a different and checkable statement from certification. If your procurement requires certified parties, we will tell you at enquiry stage rather than after appointment.

The intelligence layer is internal software used on our own delivery. It is not a released product, it is not licensable, and no feature or date on this site is a commitment. Everything marked roadmap is not built.
